Mi Familia Méxican Restaurant: A Taste of Authentic Tex-Mex Cuisine in Granbury

We had our dinner at this restaurant on our way back to Dallas after spending a beautiful sunny weekend at Granbury, TX. The restaurant is located just opposite the Lake View Inn Motel where we stayed. Lovely place, large portions of food. The ambience was nice, the server was very friendly. We ordered bean & cheese tostada, bean enchilada, cheese enchilada, and spinach & enchilada. Also, ordered their famous house margarita, strawberry margarita and mango margarita. The complimentary nachos and salsa were delicious. Will visit again at this authentic Mexican restaurant when we are back in town on a long weekend.

Went at odd time ..around 3 for late lunch. Service was great. Food was really good! I had fried brisket tacos...they were REALLY good. My husband had the lunch chicken fajitas . Fajita meat was moist and delicious! We will come back, when back in Granbury!

Had skinny, spicy margarita's...delicious. Also had the lunch special, taco salad, and tortilla soup. Both were good! Chips are seasoned and very good!

Mi Familia was an excellent choice for dinner. We dined with two of our sons, their wives, and our two grandsons, and everyone enjoyed the experience. The food was delicious with generous portions, and the service was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and efficient. Our meals arrived quickly, and everything was cooked perfectly. We would happily dine here again.

We were seated immediately on a Saturday night. It was busy but there were still plenty of seats available. I ordered the chicken fajita burrito with queso on top, with rice and beans. The rice and beans were very flavorful, and the burrito was hot, tasty and did not disappoint! They have very tasty salsa too! It wasn't too hot or spicy, but had just enough to add to the flavor of everything. We went through a lot of it and bought some for home too. Our waitress was attentive and very friendly. We will be back for sure! 5

The margaritas were on point. Not a fan of the chips and salsa but overall the food was good. They were really busy so that wpuld probably play a part in the burnt chips and long wait times.

Best food, best service. The place where they give you real flautas. The employees are so kind and prices are very reasonable.

I came here for an early lunch and the staff was so nice. My waitress Laura had a wonderful energy and was quick- I never waited for something I needed. The margarita- 10/10. I got the frozen beerita with a Dos Equis. I got the lunch plate fajitas- it was plenty of food for one person and only cost me $12. They were so tender and probably one of my new favorite fajita spots. The overall experience- great marg, food, and service will definitely bring me back again regardless of the 45 min drive.
